What is this site about?

There are many loud voices in the world today trying to tell us what we should do, what we should say, or even what we should think. And more and more those voices are tainted with immorality and confusion—many calling good bad and bad good, just as the prophets have predicted (see Isaiah 5:20). 

It's tempting to just walk away from it all in order to avoid the harsh and overwhelming negativity of these voices.

But I was inspired by Bear Grylls in his book, Soul Food, to do the opposite and provide a voice calling others to God, to good, and to truth.  I want readers here to know that there is solid, enduring happiness to be had in this tumultuous world, and that it comes through Christ.
